I wish that I had started blogging my movie reviews earlier in the summer, when my workload was obviously lighter. I have a handful of reviews that have been sitting in drafts, practically BEGGING to be finished! So, if I have any spare time, I'll work on them and share them.
The reasons I write reviews are A) I can practice my writing skills and B) I just think it's fun. My movie collection has increased substantially, so I'll have plenty to do.
Here is a current list of radically diverse movies I've taped from TCM that I plan to review. The movies in bold are ones that I've started drafts of and will be published in the near future:
- Blood on Satan's Claw (1970)
- Freaks (1932)
- Circus of Horrors (1960)
- It's a Mad, Mad, Mad, Mad, World (1963)
- Marie Antoinette (1938)
- Once Upon a Time in the West (1960) [the namesake of this blog!]
- Shaft (1971)
- Shanks (1974)
- Corruption (1967)
- The Snake Pit (1948)
- Spellbound (1945)
- Tales of Terror (1962)
- Who's Afraid of Virginia Woolf? (1966)
Cheers!
